Almost Done
I am a lover of horticulture, gardening and the environment. At age 8, I sent away for a package of Zinnia seeds for 10 cents and I've been hooked ever since. After 25 years of being self-employed, I retired. That only lasted 4 years and I now work in a water conservation program: I buy grass from homeowners who are willing to convert to desert landscaping and lose that thirsty green stuff. I pursue what interests me and you can blame my sister for getting me into this blogging thing.

The project is something for HGTV!!! Fireplace looks better than I thought it would and the kitchen is gorgeous. Can't wait until you have everything finished and in place again. Good job.
Speaking of gardens, we were driving home from the nursery yesterday and it started to snow a blizzard. Didn't stick but for about two hours it looked like December. Didn't hurt any of the flowers or plants but we aren't going to plant any of the perennials we just bought until it gets back into the 70s or 80s. If we blink, it probably will get like that next week.
Looks beautiful! Glad you had a good passover, and the grandkids got to come! Looking forward to seeing pics of your garden
Glad you didn't skip Passover. After all, it only comes around once a year.
By the way, the fireplace looks wonderful.
Wow - it looks gorgeous. So glad it is all coming together nicely for you. I didn't realize you had family in NYC. Perhaps when you visit them we could meet up - that would be a treat. Shabbas with strangers we feel we know in NJ. :o) The connection feels totally mutual. xox
